Democare’s flagship initiative is called “I am complete”, it is an initiative aimed at tackling issues of poverty with woman in the forefront. Different types of Events and Projects are organised to provide a platform for brand awareness of woman owned SMEs. This is where we deliver motivation and encouragement messages of patronage and collaborations. Advocate for and encourage entrepreneurship and hard work, community outreach programs, Gender Based Violence, issues good health, and success.
The I am complete initiative incorporates an exhibition component in its event. The exhibition component is a platform for other small businesses to showcase their work.
